If you do lower star conquests before doing higher stars, do you lose the medals from the higher star ones?

No you don't, and you can't get more medals from repeating the same star countries. Ex: Play as Finland 1st time~earn medals. Play as Finland again~no medals awarded.

Note however that 3 star countries earn less medals than 1 or 2 star countries and after finishing a conquest you don't get anymore medals if you play the same scenario with a country with the same star level |
