My guess is most likely not. This is the sequel to EW6 1804 which didn't have a customizable general. We might however get a few decent generals from the campaigns if 1914 follows the 1804 route

ottoman's pashas is very mistake in that games. Because Mustafa Kemal ıs 3 stars. WTF
do you give a leader who reestablished a destroyed country only 3 stars? And he is not artillery but an infantryman. How can a person who lifts a country again become a 3 star? This is impossible.
I saw more mistake
Cevdet Pasha is not a admiral.
Fahreddin Pasha suits the cavalry.
Rauf Orbay suits the Navy.
Ismet Inönü is suitable for artillery.
