I'm not worried about easy. Just about how much I play them. Whenever I'm in the mood for a conquest where I turn all of my allies neutral and eventually destroy them, I choose these two countries. They invade each other from the start so you can boost your income, then if you are Sweden you move into Prussia and if you are Denmark I usually sail to GB and kill them before I move on to France.
