Most likely. Germany starts out with an army worth ~260 pop and can probably steamroll France and Russia if a competent player with good tech and generals plays as them. The AI has no idea what they're doing though so that army is just a liability for them. Nice. Yeah, player Germany + AI Austria-Hungary would be an extremely powerful duo. Yeah, however, the headache is france, as you need to defeat them, because you donโt have enough money for peace. |

When I play my main problem is Great Britain, UK is always the last man standing and it takes a while to be able to land on mainland Britain
