Currently, I have Golitsyn, Sophia, Kate, and Fatimah. I'm planning to buy an academy general since Isabela is difficult to get. I'm planning to buy Scarnhorst (any other suggestion? I have around 1120 medals) but I have to get rid of Kate or Fatimah. Which one should I get rid of?

Get rid of Fatima for sure. Scharnhorst is good but you could go for Yermolov instead (for inf/art hybrid)

You will need speed boosts.Get an oak wheel for sophia or schranhorst(if you get him),or get sulkowski.Get warhorse too its crucial for elite princesses at a long run.Kate is still usable while fatimah is ehhh besides her economical benefits playing as weak countries.
