Does anyone pass it yet? I always end up losing because i have not enough turn to capture southeast duty and fort. Plus the enemy’s ship spawn out of nowhere and destroy my boat and city instantly.

Well I have those free gens, mcclellan, Milne and Hotzendorf. I notice that the boat will attack the north east if it has an army/troops there no matter what. So I think can bait them.

Ok so what I did is I had my forces move to the west then attack the westernmost ottoman city, at some point Bulgarian(?) troops will assist you, all out attack the last ottoman city and your leftover forces attack the fort, meanwhile use farrugut or the German admiral you get from campaign to bombard the fort to weaken it.

Finally got it! I spam militia at the north east city, baiting ships to destroy my troops. Then I use my artillery to bombard the city. I also use spy on the large fort to make it easier  |
