I guess my will get Mountain Fight; he has already precision strike.
Suprise attack will be also nice, because is so fast with jungle fighting, but I have already two gens with that skill and he is in stephanovic' aura team...

But mountain fighting does not allow you to cross all mountains on cavarly, especially on armored cars which you will use all the time. So its not as good as it would be on artillery or gatling gun units. And cavarly expert is just + 14.4% damage at lvl 6, which is about 3/5ths of the max potential surprise has (25%). Edge is worse as well. Really on any cavarly unit, I found surprise is a must have

Yes, suprise attack is good, that's why Moltke I. and Moltke II. have them. But Stonewall do so impressive damage without and even more if he stands upon a hill; additional to his maximum movement. I can't believe that he was given for free, he is amazing.

Compensates the terrible artillery general and decent infrantry general that we get late mid game..At most we need two more calvary generals and few artillery generals

Apparently he is even more OP since Jungle Fighting now allows him to move through forests without movement penalty. hunting for artillery under the cover of the forest... great that he was made an easily available general. And light machine gunners

LMGs can’t beat Breastplate Cavalry. Their defense is just too high. Running a very simplified version of the 1804 damage formula, I calculated that a lv1 max tech generic LMG that fights a lv1 max tech Breastplate Cavalry unit hits for around 61 damage per fight while taking about 79 damage in return. That’s about a 4 round kill on the LMG vs 5 round kill on the Breastplate Cavalry if we ignore the HP coefficient.
Hell, even HMGs don’t shape up very well against them. 83 damage against the Breastplate Cavalry vs 79 in return. The HMG will beat the Breastplate Cavalry but it’ll be crippled.

Yep they will lose a lot of health when up against cav. Armored cars seem to work best against cavalry in general
