Nah. Cadorna is worse. Worse damage. His skillset is even worse than Joffre’s because Joffre has at least two decent skills while Cadorna has only one.

Station, Freeze, and Mountain are all ok skills. Plehwe will be a duke cadorna without freeze. So he is really really bad
