want to share something with you. if you complete the last from "the rise of Liu Bei" with 3 stars (normal campaigns). uou get "get item: Wooden Oxe. this item gives you 50 food per turn! so food wont be a problem anymore  . the item cost 680 jade |

So I looked on the Achievements tab and saw: the perfect couple (gain Lu Bu and Diao Chan) you get a reward of 500 jade when you get them both. I already had Lu Bu and Diao Chan costet 300 jade so I bought her. I gained 200 jade through this. Thanx to this bonus I could get Huang Zhong. Afterwards I was able to conquer Rome. When you conquer Rome you get Cleopatra for free . so without doing much i gained 3 generals this morning. I now have 11 generals. 5 Elite Archers and 6 Elite Horses. I also got Diao Chan. (Lu Bu has 5 stars in cavalry as in artillery so he's an elite archery and cavalry general). I don't think i'm going to sell Diao Chan. although her stats aren't great, she got 2 stars in Warship, not much, but better than 0 stars, i think that's worth the 150 jade I otherwise would get.     Although Cleopatra has only 4 stars in Horses. She got's many lifes as you can see, also her skills are great. As you can see I can sell her. I get 142 Jade when I sell her, which is obvious not worth it. My next and last general (my 12th) will be Cai Mao, a 4th tier 5 star naval general for only 275 Jade!  |

i haven't unlock her yet. but when you go to achievements you see "roman conqueror" and "Yamatai conqueror" with as rewards thos e 2 "princesses"

 Another large battle begins against Gongzun San and his trusted officer, Zhao Yun. I need to destroy the Pass but enemy traps are preventing a forward attack on it. I instead go through the center where the enemies are.  Pass is destroyed. Next target is those towers. There are two of them. You could almost call them Twin Towers hehehehehe It's at this moment that Zhao Yun emerges on a charge straight for me with about 5 cavalry and infantry units! I foolishly didn't screenshot it.  After we successfully held off Zhao Yun and destroyed the towers, the siege can begin. This is why Cao Cao is good Jean Lannes. Even with low health he can sit back and raise every bodies morale.  Gongzun Zan has abandoned the city! He is going to kill Zhao Yun and Zhuge Liang! I move my newly recruited Taishi Ci into the tower and far away so that he isn't killed. He will be in position to capture the city next turn.  A valiant sacrifice by Zhao Yun while my rookie general finishes the mission. Another province for the Empire of Batten! |

Mountbatten, i see that you have a catapult, are they worth it? do you think i should get one? I am just using a flame catapult. If you think 80 damage to enemies occasionally is worth it, then yes it is. Only downside is that it can't counter attack but with your strategy of keeping archers in the back it should be fine. It moves pretty fast too with Zhuge Liang. I think I might keep Taishi Ci on Master Archers instead of a flame catapult. |
