I've just finished the last mission and I want to share some observations with you guys. So yeah: - This is the first campaign, where you actually can't beat some missions without splitting your forces, so at least 2 good artillery generals and 2 good cavalry generals might be a must for this campaign. This isn't a problem though, as that's a cost of ~1800 medals. Easy to obtain by then. - Most missions have quite short deadlines, something that would take 20-24 turns in previous campaigns is a 15-18 turns mission in this one. Not a big problem, just no time to stay idle. - One mission , where you must kill an escaping general unit can be done in 2 turns out of 14, so it's a good way to farm coins. - You've got some top tier units to work with, so cool. - Units, which join you on trigger have got unupgraded stats, which is painful at this level. Imagine your infantry having -100hp, or cavalry -20attack. Always try to put all your generals on the starting units, or those produced by your cities (it's not like you'll have time for that in most of the missions ). They're top tier as I mentioned, so shouldn't be a problem.
That's it for now, share your observations please as well. In my opinion, this campaign was pretty good
