Conquest Guide Bavaria 1865:
Early rounds:
In the first round place an infantry general (US Grant) into the light infantry in the unnamed city west of munich. Additionally place an artillery general (Selivanov) into the light artillery near Nürenberg. Move the Bavarian general in the Howitzer north to Nürenberg. In the second round we build a howitzer in Nürenberg an place our best artillery general (Hotzendorf). Launch an attack with your generals on Praque, the Prussians will be of great help here.
In the following rounds we build militia in our starting cities to hold them against the Austrians and French. From Prague we move our Artillery and attack the 2 unnamed cities above Vienna, then use Spy on the fort in Vienna and launch an all out attack on Vienna. It should be fairly undefended and falls quickly to our artillery fire. The german federation will join the fight and swing the momentum on the west front. Attempt to hold all of the starting cities, make sure that munich doesn't fall.
From Vienna we move our main army to capture Budapest and the two cities north east and south west.
From Vienna we split our main army. Army group A should consist of Selivanov, Ludwig II and our best cavalry general recruited in Vienna (Armored car is preferred), these units head east to combat the russians.
Army group B consits of Hotzendorf and two more cav generals recruited from Vienna. These units are first used to captured the southern austrian city and then moved to conquer the northern italian cities and afterwards move to France.
Our remaining troops in Bavaria head straight for France.
Cleanup and collect your rewards, I was able to gain S rank without much trouble.
