Alrighty, this game is really good. If you overlook the geographical errors and map mistakes, it's a really good game. But the one thing that really ticks me off and bothers me is the fact that some special units just don't belong in the 1914 conquest. Example: UK's Green Jacket Riflemen. Now these men existed, but did not look archaic with their Napoleonic uniforms and shakos, and importantly, MUSKETS. IN 1914. I would highly suggest they keep this unit, but update their skins and weapon so it's more historically accurate. The other one that bothers me is the Italian Red Shirt Army. Again. MUSKETS IN 1914. The uniform I can deal with even though it might not be accurate, but I swear by Charles I of Austria I cannot deal with muskets in the conquest. I mean even the Old Guard and Guard Grenadiers, especially the Old Guard not existing past Napoleon, got machine guns!! That's just my take on it.

But a fan of history might find this game difficult to play due to the historical inaccuracies.

Guard Sipahi Cavalry would be even more broken with rifle though. Not that Guard Sipahi Cavalry is a balanced unit at all...

Sadly it's gotten to the point that I don't even research those units unless it's in the 1865 Conquest. They modernized every other base unit for the WW1 scenarios, but couldn't do it for unique units other than the 2 grenadiers
