This conquest may look hard on the first glance, but its actually autoable.
Turn 1: Bribe German Confederation, Bavaria and Russia. Put your best artillery general (preferably with ambulance) on the Howitzer you start off with.
Turn 3: Bribe Romania
Turn 6: Bribe Russia
Turn 10: Bribe Russia Again
From now on, build up an army to help conquer Russia, or you can just skip turns until Austria goes down.
After Austria is dead the balance of power immediately tilts to your side, so start auto and the game would finish it for you. The Germans destroys Russia and France, the Brits helps take out France, Portugal and Italy, Spain can usually hold off the French and Portuguese until Britain comes, and Russia is surrounded from all sides.
Proof of success. (You don't need that many generals as the first time I did this I only used Hötzendorf and still got an A)
