As odd as the situation seems, I have cleared the Marine Overlord normal campaign series and have yet to beat this * campaign in normal mode.
My troops tend to be wiped out, especially when enemy reinforcements land.
If I throw all my troops to repel the Australians, I will not have the strength to repel the French.
I have the free gens up to Russian Campaign, Hotzendorf, McClellan and Boyadzhiev.

General tip for 3rd Battle of Krithia is to place your best generals on their corresponding units, send them down south but try to steal the city from your allies. Secure the city and start spamming light artillery. If you can beat the onslaught of troops then you're set for the rest of the campaign. If you still can't beat it, try to upgrade your tech and get more generals. Pretty sure I got to European Powder Keg before going back to complete all the star missions.

Can’t really be a guide as this Mission is just a test of your generals strength
I do it with my infantry generals rushing west. Calvary and artillery generals heading south. Calvary kill enemies except for Australian general. 1 Calvary 1 artillery move west. One Calvary stay behind to kill Australian general. After he is done, head up north to kill the enemy infantry General with this Calvary unit.
Infantry generals focus on taking out the artillery units, shoot the enemy Calvary general with your artillery.
Once the artillery units are gone, the enemy should more or less be wiped. Enemy reinforcements are schedule to arrived so kill that too

When I build fortification, it's doesn't register, only can get 2 stars

Have you retried the mission to see if the problem sticks? As long as you build 3 bunkers, you should be able to get that last star
