Nothing new except new short time offer for Textbook.
ET also decrease the number of item for shortime offer, only 15 of Medals (silver and gold) or Textbooks instead of 20 for 1 dollar. Greedy ET

They also added a new IAP package that basically improves Tactics like Blast, Air Bombing, Spy, Chemical Gas.
Blasts+25 damage, Air Bombing+30 damage, Spy+1 Turn, Chemical Gas+1 Turn
