The "surprise attack" is arguably better than cavalry expert, but these are top-tier skills.

The "surprise attack" is arguably better than cavalry expert, but these are top-tier skills. Cavalry gen is the last hit guy then move to another target, and you need to move from plain hex to another one to make PF and SA active. I want everything to be simple so I choose Cavalry Expert, it always work and 10% final damage is great IMO. I think there is a reason why Expert type skill is the most expensive skill among all skills.

I think there is a reason why Expert type skill is the most expensive skill among all skills. I mean, Suprise attack, if it works like in 1806, is +8% damage without moving. And up to +20% damage if you move 5 spaces (4 is more realistic and thatโs still a 18% damage up) And besides you want to move and then attack with cavalry if you can anyway because then you donโt lose movement from failing victory rush.
