Sorry I ask a lot! Anyway, how on earth are you supposed to set up the wall of armored cars before the french overrun prussia? Also, wallachia also always invades Austria while I try to. Can you starve out Austria while they are neutral or must I make them declare war. When I tried, the number of cities I had to take before Austria became hostile was different, does anyone know the actual amount? What the hell does "in formation" mean? That term is never mentioned in the game? Doesit just mean make sure it's a wall of cars? Surely by the time you were half way through the wall, the first set of cars would start taking lots of damage? Do the medals carry over if you don't complete the conquest? If you keep reloading the same save would you keep getting medals from it? How would you ensure your generals don't die without spending the medals you're trying to get? How long does this usually take? Do rank and nobility carry over without finishing as well? Because there are so many questions, if you don't mind please tell which one you're responding to in your answer! Thanks so much in advance!

I've never done this grinding method so I can't answer these questions. I think that On formation either means make sure it's a wall or make sure it's double armored cars.

Hi, 1/The wall is optional sorta for fun,you dont have to do it unless you want to.The idea is to crush all enemies but not eliminate them completly. 2/You can starve just about any country (allies, netral, foes)but some have a larger food reserve and might take longer.Sit your units on their farms. 3/Dont know the exact number for steals, seems easy to just experiment with.I think it might vary with different nations,or maybe hiw quickly you steal from them. 4/Formation means 2 armored cars together in a single unit.Infantry can be double or triple formation for example. 5/medals you earn carry over, doesnt matter if you finish game or not. 6/Reload same game and grind on the same save, yes thats the idea. 7/It takes weeks but hey its free and fun. 8/Rank and nobility carry over. 9/if genetal die no big deal just reload save. You can probably get much better answers and by more people by starting a thread for each of these items instead of one mega post. Sorry I ask a lot! "If you keep reloading the same save would you keep getting medals from it?" "6/Reload same game and grind on the same save, yes thats the idea."
I think the OP means whether we would get another 100 medals (for example) award from completing the conquest again from reloading the old save file. The answer is no. Normally, you will get medals from performing action like attacking or killing. The thing that plays the sound "ka-ching." So the more you fight the more medals you get. That pop up window showed after completing a conquest basically tells you how much medals you have earned by fighting in the conquest, not to award you anything. So you need to really take actions to earn medals. For example, if you load an old save that you previously won and got 100 medal then play a bit more and finish it, you might see the pop up window shows you that you earn 120 medals. This mean you earn only 20 medals from that additional play. You can keep playing the old save file which you have already set up all things (like wall of armored cars) again and again. I did actually see a window showed that I got 999 medals several times from playing old save file.

Oh! I didn't see the question that I actually can answer. Dwight Eisenhower the way to turn countries neutral is by stealing from them twice. The second steal and onward have a chance to do it. So if you save the game right before stealing from them a second time, you can keep reloading the save until they turn neutral. That's what I do.
