TBH I have no idea how this works and never understood that. If a artillery is on the mountain somewhere, is my attack going To be less effective? Or am I getting a damage reduction of 5% ? At least 1914 gives a good explanation.

it means that a unit on that terrain has a 5% chance to dodge artillery and cavalry units.

Sorry I was away . I never notice Tegethoff had an ambulance in one of them missions. hes quite annoying in Battle of Magenta on that thought.😬
