Hey! Can anyone help me with the Vardar Offensive mission, final one for the European Powder Keg campaign. I have Hindenburg, Mackensen, Moltke, Stonewall, Beatty, Ulysses, Nicholas I and Carol I as well as the free arty general Thanks!

Put Nikola I on the Machine Gun, Stonewall on the Armour Car, Mackensen on the H. Cav, Grant in the New Inf and Hindenburg on the Field Arty and build a L. Arty for Selivanov Use the starting units to defeat the small army right to your north and attack the north-western city, defend that city until the tank general is killed by your Artillery, then build another L.Arty for Beatty and take the northern city, then attack east and take the final city. Tips: Remember to manoeuver your Armoured Cars under the mountain range so the Armoured Cars won't get stuck in the mountains, don't worry about the enemies there as they are focused on the Greeks At one point you would recieve the Eastern city held by Misic, defend it with the extra money you have, if you lose the city it doesn't matter. Try not to use you Inf and Cav to attack generals, use Artillery to obliterate them
If all fails then upgrade your tech and generals

I got rid of Mackensen and Beatty for Haig and McClellan. Does this change the plan?

That free arty sucks, either you change one of his skills for arty commander, or get anyone better, even george milne is good.

I noticed there isn't a guide for Vardar Offensive, so I assume you guys didn't have a problem with it. I honestly got my *Auto corrected* handed to me. The rest of the "European Powder Keg" chapter has been a breeze, but in this mission I wasn't even close. I went for a full offense from the start, but was halted in my tracks. Should I be helping my allies survive instead?

Should I be helping my allies survive instead? Try saving your Serbian allies; saving them will allow you to control their troops. For the Greek allies just send enough troops to prevent their destruction. Work up towards the right and go up, and head towwards the Bulgarians. Take their city, and then you Greek allies should havee started attacking the Germans, luring the tank gen out. That's when you can start to capture their city.

Glad it helped. The challenge mode is a real pain though, only 1 general Guess it will be possible after the challenge conquest improved technology
