The invasion generals are always so random. Sometimes I see a red tank general in a 12 medal invasion just to find him with lvl 5 desert fighting+medal on a plains map and other random useless skills then other times with rumor, assault, and blitz. It's all a dice roll so pray to RNGesus before playing

I see things like this all the time. EasyTech just loves to put plain fighting, desert fighting and city fighting on Isakov and Donitz in naval invasions. I also encountered a few Sergeant rank Mansteins in easy 5 medal invasions.
