I guess we can use this thread as place where people can discuss whether it would be better dismiss a general for whatever reason or to get grind whether it is to upgrade gens, buy gens or etc.
Well in my case, I’m debating whether I should dismiss Arnold.I know he has level 4 rumor but now I’m debating that or if it is better to dismiss him and use the refunded medals (1188) to upgrade the skills and hp of other gens like upgrading Leeb,Guderian,rommel and Konev rumor to level 2/3 (depending on the general).Everyone’s opinion and answers are very much appreciated and Thx!

I think it's better to keep Arnold and grind for medals to upgrade your gens. You will need him in the later stages of the game I guess. So it will be pointless to sell him and incur a loss of 20% medals.(You get 80% of medals when you dismiss a general right?)

Just keep grinding, try the best you can, only when all else seems lost and you are hopelessly stuck, then make the sacrifice by losing medals through dismissals |

I had the same question as you did for 2 years, but now I still have Yamashita as my main offensive general, surviving as my second general bought in the game  |

In my case my roster is Guderian, Rommel, Konev, Leeb, Rundstedt, Nimitz, Arnold and Vatutin.Currently in NATO 5 and WTO 4

The usual line up would include generals like timoshenko, rundstedt, yamamoto, kuznetsov or messe. My particular line up helps me speed run in conquests, but I used mannerheim too (sold him for govorov to prepare for gibraltar exercise) |

Along with the videos, I can get 90-130 medals a day, which helps a lot. I actually just saved 1300 medals and sold Leeb and bought Rokossovsky 😊 |
