This one is quite easy
Requirements:
MacArthur lv3 skills
Close to max tech for inf
Step 1:
Take the city close to the carronade, this will trigger the Americans to attack.
Step 2:
Take the city above you, after taking this upgrade it once and spam artillery
Step 3:
take the last red city, move your arty spam to the west take the city and win, the Americans will take the ports
I don’t know if rewards are random but for my second playthrough I got 1 book and an artillery expert medal
It takes about 5 minutes
