How could i change general's place in EW4?

I would like to make EW4 mod, modern age theme. I maked borders, can change flags, texts, general images, adding units, but only problem is how to make schedule of maps in campaigns and conquests, like bj in ww1 mod. I dont know were to do that.

On the other hand, i find a lots of new age mods, but no medieval or antics EW4. I would like to import units and general images from Great conqueror Rome. Pls someone help first question, if no, then second.
