I've been camping in the woods for over two years now(see website in profile if you doubt) and for the last couple months WC4 has been my major source of entertainment. I love WW2 games, and good ones are rare( Axis and Allies RTS Timegate/Atari version is another I truly LOVE besides WC4) My gameplay on WC4 is limited by the fact I rely on solar to charge my Android, so I can't play Conquests because it it simply sucks too much battery. I'll have to enjoy conquests when I have electricity. So I had reached a crossroads last nite. I was halfway thru Coldwar hard mode and I realized medal opportunities were over( modern war mode is so stacked it's like going after a tank with a bow and arrow) At my Coldwar point of progress I had squandered skads of medals on weak generals, bad choices, bad skill upgrades, trade-ins, etc. I had squandered tech upgrade resources on crappy wonders(any wonders not purple/blue catagory in library guide) I had the good ones too, they rock!
So, I had no issues with starting the entire game over except ONE. I had 3 IAP of 2,500 medals with money that dang sure doesn't grow on the trees up here. I was loath to lose those medals. Buyers remorse set in hard! Finally I said to myself..."screw it, DO IT"! I uninstalled the game, then reinstalled it. After tutorials I sat with the 800 startup medals contemplating how to go about getting Guderian and company back. I had $3.67 in my paypal so I decided to hit the one time giftbag 99c purchase. Suddenly I had nearly 9,000 medals showing. I was like a little kid on his birthday! I don't know if the 3 IAP 2,500 purchases rolled forward or what, but I AM ELATED! I get a fresh start on WC4 with Vatutin as my first general and a great medal base to work with. Guderian and Rommel will be added when they are unlocked. In summary, I deeply thank All of you on this forum for the great topics, guidance, humor, and for just being so flipping COOL! Thanks to the library creators, game creators, and easytech. Being marooned( like Tom Hanks in the movie "Castaway") is not so bad when you can play WC4.
