Friedrich “Fried Rice” Paulus , Von Below is actually quite better than Nicholas I and Kemal. Nicolas I has 1 mediocre skill, 2 bad skills and 1 useless skill. Overall, very bad. Kemal has 1 mediocre skill (That can potentially be good), 2 bad skills and 1 useless skill. Slightly better than Nicholas I and can gain some battle ability, but still bad overall. Von Below, however, has 2 good skills and 2 mediocre skills (One of which can potentially be made a good skill). While not ideal, Cover is still a good skill, and Artillery Expert is great. You could give him the easily obtainable Inspiration medal and swap Land Fort for Salvo. Although Von Below isn’t the best, he costs coins, can have Level 5 skills, starts at Colonel and Duke and can even reach max rank. This makes him a good option for those that need a good artillery general fast (Reasonable considering that artillery generals are scarce at the beginning). He can possibly make it into endgame. If anything, he is light-years better than Selivanov.

You could at least put him on green. Unnecessary, but won’t disappoint if bought.

You could at least put him on green. Unnecessary, but won’t disappoint if bought. Probably yellow at best. He is a bad buy as he lacks salvo and a terrain bonus. After 15 textbooks, he will just ok. Nothing like ivanov or besseler by a large margin. Plus Henry Horne is better too.

Once the new update comes for Android, the Soviet package will be rated as blue overall and the Japanese package will be back to yellow.

Stepanovic is pretty much required for the Serbian mission, unless you are willing to use Sturm. Macmahon is a must-have for the French mission, and Foch is very helpful.

So what do you think for the soviet pack. Pink rating? Because you do get 2 foch’s (or sorry, better than foch) generals and a better ludendorf (surprise + cavarly expert + strike + jungle fighting + pierce would make a distinguingly strong general of frunze). Imo I think it deserves pink.
