Has a lot of potential, but ugh... he needs even more replacement than Ferdinand Foch. 30 skill books if you want to make this guy amazing.

Pretty redundant unless you're having trouble with Russo-Japanese war for some reason.

Pretty redundant unless you're having trouble with Russo-Japanese war for some reason. I believe all Japanese generals are. There are just too many free options.

All japanese generals aren't amazing because it would othetwise be too much value for only €4,50

Artillery master is not bad imo for artillery (huge crits mixed in with nice bonuses is pretty awesome but its probably 6th or 7th best skill), but revenge is horrible. Explosives is horrible. He is worse than leopold

Disagree revenge is bad. It does double damage and with Salvo Lwao easily does 130-150 dmg a hit. In campaigns with limited units he can be used on art in front line. It actually seems the AI tries to avoid him (and Frunze)

I really don't want or seek to be attacked, but many situations require one of two or three art pieces to be exposed when engaging. Also the AI is targeting cities / key points. Sometimes I find a need to use generals to hold them (eg lack of income or survival). Agree I wouldn't add this skill, but having a few generals with it gives strategic options in game.
