Requirements max inf tech generals: we use two groups, group 1: burnside and grant and group 2: sheridan, meade and A.miles. Phase 1 group 1 stays a little south of meade (AI) where they are waiting for longstreet. group 2 goes north where they save city and buford. phase 2 group 1 protects meade AI against reinforcement from the southwest. group 2 moves along with our reinforcement from the northeast towards the northern imperial fort. here they beat the first wave of units. phase 3 group 1 defends meade ai by standing between him and the troops from the west. group 2 moves to the northwest corner from which they kill E.lee with arty. you can help group 2 with new infantry from your city. phase 4 group 1 defends meade Ai by stopping the troops from the west. you can support group 1 with new infantry. group 2 leaves the weakest troops (A.miles and buford) in the north west corner, here they are reasonably safe and attacks the enemies in the back. congratulations you're done

Medpacks? Its just one so maybe it was not crucial haha, forgive my flimsy memory but is Burnside a general that you bought? Seems like unless there are better alternatives with the new update I need Meade for Medpack grinding

Seems like unless there are better alternatives with the new update I need Meade for Medpack grinding I mean no med packs needed to finish the mission. Yes burnside is the cheapest inf gen. Trying without Meade is suïcidale, why? Because you need to be able to use your healing items

Trying without Meade is suïcidale, why? Because you need to be able to use your healing items I successfully completed one without med packs and with only grant, sheridan and mcclellan haha. However, for my next 3 attempts even though I kill Lee and the other two objective generals in 4-6 turns, the enemy reinforcements still arrive and I get overwhelmed, with my artillery general objective suicidally throwing himself towards the reinforcements and getting killed within 2 turns. I dont think this is a glitch, just that killing Lee MIGHT stop reinforcements instead of being an absolute

Good job I told you that my guide works ☺ Just that I thought that killing Lee stops reinforcements...

Bump! Apparently, ET has added a new gen to this mission: Shafter! He looks like a good substitute is you decide not to buy Burnside.

Nobunaga Oda, he has definitely always been there, that's why I dont understand why Burnside is so crucial for yall haha. Shafter is already very capable
