I have Massena, (L. General & Prince), and Washington (L. General & Prince) for Infantry.
Victoria (Col. Marquess) for Navy
and Gates, Jourdan, Falsen & Clinton.

Do I:
1) continue to upgrade Washington and Massena?
2) buy Karl (cost 1980)?
3) buy Murat (cost 2205)?
4) buy Mahmud (cost 1560)?
5) buy Hood (currently at 40%, i.e., 1131)?
6) Someone else?

At present, I have about 1830 medals.

Murat is by far and away the best general in this game. 4/5 of his skills are not only perfect, but they are also the best skills available to a cavalry general. He is a must have. He alone will take you far in the game
