(WC4) (WC3) Mod Request Modern Conflict?

A mod which includes all current conflicts in the world especially, the wars in Ukraine, Yemen, Afghanistan and Syria as well as a mod that includes unrecognized regions like Kashmir, Kosovo, DPR,LNR, South Ossetia etc.  It would be nice if possible for the modder to use GOG2 assets such as units and etc or find their own if it is more appropriate. Also the mod should include every country in the world except of course small countries that are either too weak or too insignificantto be in the game like Micronesia. it would be a dream come true to see some one get this right Semuslim he has gotten close with his inclusion of the FSA and YPG and how they are friendly to their respectable allies but I wish for more.  I believe a mod like this if done well and using real world alliances like BRICS, NATO etc could be great.
