I am approaching, with the 4 free generals (Gates, Jourdan, Falsen, and Clinton), the 9 general limit.
I assume that when I can'f fit the next general, one of the free one has to go (and if not, how do I fit in the extra generals?).
My question is, which one, and in which order do I dismiss them?

Thanks Get rid of clinton first. The rest are usuable to a certain point if you upgrade their hp to 35% and give them a healing item. I would get rid of falsen then jourdan then gates personally. |

All of them are junk though, so use better people ASAP.

Gates and Jourdan are valuable. Falsen is fluff, but I figure you could use a free navy general for a while. Clinton, despite his mini-elite skill set, mostly sucks.

Complete DOI and Netherlands 1798. You will have enough medals to purchase Masséna.
Alternatively, you can do some farming and get enough medals to buy Murat. Upgrade him and he will get you far in the game.

Thanks Get rid of falsen n clinton first in you are in mid game. Farm in conquests and get massena, murat, moltke/mahmud/john. After that u can get rid of all of them. |
