During the WW1, a revolution happened...
Now it is time for the RSFSR to rise!
REVOLUTION! - Soviet/RSFSR 1917
Lineup used: 1-3-3-1.
The Command has ordered us to overthrow the failing Russian Empire and win the war.
So its divided into three phases...
1. Own Russia.

So its simple. Just take St. Petersburg with the units near except the two cavalry near that will attack france. Then the others, will split up and kill russia with no mercy. Recruit the princess that gives you 25% discount on cavalry, and build an armored car for your general. He then, will attack France as a reinforcement to the said cavalry army. With your navy, take finland (russian territory) and march to the English sea for some defense.
2. Red Blitz

It is the most important phase in the conquest. In order your red blitz work, you must spam light artillery to smash cities easily. With the capital city of white russia fallen, you should have your artillery and the machine gun general go to france for reinforcements. After you take some cities near france, defend against the french forces while trying to make a factory/ or spamming artillery, because sometimes the french targets your artillery projects. When the attacking french forces weakened, start the red blitz by attacking first belgium, and advancing to french lands. Remember, dont attack Britain with your army, but rush to the remaining french cities, and straight to portugal, and make your navy attack some english units trying to invade your land. When German Empire starts attacking Britain, train some units in Paris to secretly capture London while the english troops are busy defending their invaders. Note that luck somewhat is included here, so plan in invading Britain carefully. Meanwhile, after your generals are finished the revolution in Russia, march them into the Italian cities and help your allies. Also note that, you got a good income, so start lending money to your american allies.
3. Cleaning up and Landing in American continents (optional)

Now, it will depends in what have you done in this conquest. Continue lending in your american allies to help them kill America and Britain, and clean up africa, and if needed, help Colombia and Cuba, by capturing Port-au-Prince (US territory) and land on Brazil. Then just, clean it up until you win. A little chance that Canada and Mexico will fail you in defeating US, so land in North America as well.
So, with our Soviet Trio (Lenin, Stalin and Trotsky) blessing, we just created some communist continents. Then,
