Strongest combatant in the game. Huge stats, best weapon, best armor, best ability, good movement, good cost and population cost for its power.

Clearly the best unit of the game if used together with a good cavalry general (Ludendorff, Moltke...). Surprisingly, it is even better than the Tank in my opinion, but I can be mistaken of course.
Unfortunately, it is quite expensive...

Price is good for what it does. True, but it remains one of the most expensive units of the game...

If price is good why complain about it?

If price is good why complain about it? Well fact is that I cannot recruit Armoured Cars as much as I would, unfortunately. It is particularly true for 1 star countries in the Conquests.

There is no country that starts with a splendid economy. Of course you are going to need to make some progress to be able to spawn them. Otherwise it would be too easy.

Most of the times it’s either completely infeasible or at most just takes one turn of income to spawn them.

You know this units' so good especially when stuck in such a scenario:
"It's 1865, commanding Ottoman army, you've consolidated yourself well when all of a sudden an armored car appears on one of your two theatres. It sends your plunder cavalry generals packing while your only artillery tries desperately to subdue him. One by one he mows even your infantry down, then your light artillery got caught by him as well. It took you 5 turns to actually knock him out."
Well to be fair, an HMG would have a similar effect, but you could counter them with an AC whereas an AC vs AC confrontation is similar to a Militia vs Militia confrontation.
