When you play as Russia against the Ottomans in 1865/1914/1917, the Ottoman Guard Sipahi Cav Gens will be a permanent annoyance if you decide to use militia to defend your border city, but there isnt any other option until your western front clears up for you to focus on the Ottomans

These guys are OP when a general is on, but is just a stronger Breastplate Cavalry if no general is assigned.

Oh how i wished Plunder to be a general skill. General as in not limited to infs or cavs or artys or navys.
