Has almost the exact same stats as the legendary Lancer of 1804. The only difference is that the 1914 Hungarian Hussar has +5 HP. They're not as good as those were because the damage multipliers on muskets and rifles are higher in this game and it's 30 gold more expensive. Atleast it's just a lv1 tech and is still fairly good, but stick to Light Cavalry even as Austria.

I preferred the line strike perk of the Cossacks but not being counterattacked is actually quite good too. When i first met these (which was after using Cossacks) i labelled them the ripoff Cossacks.
