Do you fellow college students also have the option to make your classes “pass or fail.” In light of the covid 19. Or essentially, if you go a mediocre grade like a c or a b, instead of that grade staying on your transcript, you will have a passed symbol. I’m not sure. One of my classmates told us that the school was going to let students pass regardless of grades because forcing them to repeat the year just because of coronavirus would be unfair.

Unfortunately, all my term exams including retakes are squeezed together at the end of this year..Even my english test is postponed..though I wanted to finish it off in March..The system basically is still the same bar Yikes having multiple exams in one week is not easy Ugh. It’s absolutely horrible. At worst it causes me to have slight suicidal thoughts.

One of the founding fathers of anarchism Peter Kropotkin wrote his autobiography. There was an interesting story in his youth... Once he broke the rules of Royal Military Academy and was incarcerated for two weeks. He was a refined Russian aristocrat who was well-educated and already knew several foreign languages. After several days of solitude he was so desperate that he invented a new distraction... He began to bark Like a big dog, like a small dog, like an angry dog or like a playful dog... Let's thank Heavens that we have so many distractions nowadays Because for some people to be alone is really a torture. I deeply miss a dear friend of mine. You know, the type of friend that just feel like they came straight out of Heaven itself and always makes you smile and be happy.

Yea, because now, the homework averages in some of my classes r really bad. For instance, in one class, we had only 8% of the class finish the matlab homework. I mean the problem was confusing but only 2% of the class got partial credit. All you had to do to get partial credit was the run the sample code given haha. Even without any changes, some tests would be passed Ahh so no sem postponed? That would be great. My case is is so bad that the students don't even reply the teacher🤣 In a Portuguese written assignment, only 6 students out of 24 submitted it.

Yeah that is true. Plus if you get the corona virus, you are essentially forced to lose 2 weeks of your time

Yeah that is true. Plus if you get the corona virus, you are essentially forced to lose 2 weeks of your time Oh! We have a sound optimist here I am afraid that a far more pessimistic scenario awaits us. And virus is only the last straw that can brake (or, at least, severely damage) our fragile economic system. Unfortunately, the chance is high that it will collapse like a house of cards. And not in a single country but worldwide...

Somehow,it brought you back to the EFC community😁 That's true now that I have realized, stoic no more work/uni (i guess HAHAHA) for you? Now that's why you have returned to our online clique, and in general our community

And yes all education in my country (finally...) has ground to a halt, schools and institutes of further learning are closed for a month. That does not translate to more time on our hands though; we have "Home Based Learning" which means that online assignments and meetings still dictate our daily schedule

At worst it causes me to feel somewhat suicidal and very overcharged. With Corona around it has cooled down and thus I feel like I’m living life more normally now: A fair amount of school assignments but now I have proper time to enjoy my weekend. Back then, Sunday was basically a day for doing assignments instead of relaxing.
