I see, well hope that you have a good holiday with us hehe Things will hopefully revert to normalcy in a few months (not in the COVID19 situation, but in daily life) I just hope my school doesn’t go back to its insane amount of tasks and exams. At worst it causes me to feel somewhat suicidal and very overcharged. With Corona around it has cooled down and thus I feel like I’m living life more normally now: A fair amount of school assignments but now I have proper time to enjoy my weekend. Back then, Sunday was basically a day for doing assignments instead of relaxing. I see, now you have time for relax. I am sure after it there will be a rain of projects and hardwork

Yeah that is true. Plus if you get the corona virus, you are essentially forced to lose 2 weeks of your time Oh! We have a sound optimist here I am afraid that a far more pessimistic scenario awaits us. And virus is only the last straw that can brake (or, at least, severely damage) our fragile economic system. Unfortunately, the chance is high that it will collapse like a house of cards. And not in a single country but worldwide... True, a certain possibility of another great depression (hope not) and later an act of aggression and i guess you know what will happen after that, so lets hope it will all not happen.

Unless nuclear bombs get prohibited from being used.

It’s horrible. Main reason why I actually dislike school and just want to live life doing a profession that I enjoy after that.

My school has a good reputation but what I hate about it is that it’s very difficult to have a good balance between work and rest without risking to perform badly in exams or doing mediocre projects.

Even my classmates that come the closest to overachievers (And I’m among them, according to my class and teachers) sometimes don’t do very well in an exam. I remember when we had a Physics exam and most of the other half of the class performed bad. The highest grade there was 7/10. And there are a bunch of very good guys there, one of which scored 6/10.

According to the haunts of history, we shall see how our "League of Nations", the UN, is able to cope and perform in the next few decades down the road.
As for online learning, do you guys really feel less stressed? Personally I feel the demand is much more and the workload is visibly more intense

Personally I feel the demand is much more and the workload is visibly more intense UN needs to do its best, or the consequences are terrible.

Back then, Sunday was basically a day for doing assignments instead of relaxing. Quite a bit of homework but not having to travel physically to class and having open book tests does help a lot, even though the work load is much the same. I do a little everyday rather than take a day of. Even only 2-3 hours of work can make a huge difference.

I’d say a depression much like the great recession in 2007-2009 is going to happen 100%. It was inevitable even without the corona virus. As for ww3, I think the probability is much lower fortunately.

But since I start the day of much letter, there is like an endless wall of work I have to get done. But it is funner to do as I don’t feel fatigued from having to wake up at 6.

My school has a good reputation but what I hate about it is that it’s very difficult to have a good balance between work and rest without risking to perform badly in exams or doing mediocre projects. Maybe the issue is you are taking two many classes. There are people who take 15-18 credits in college and end up with 3.2 gpa’s (b+ average). But I am taking around 12 credits and end up with around a 3.9 each semester. I have enough time to get the homework done, study for the exams sufficiently, and as well as take some time off in between.
