Lol I went on and on and on about how having Halsey meant I didn't need Nimitz but I finally decided that as cheap as Nimitz is you cannot afford to pass him up. Now my navy/air force is Kuznetsov, Nimitz. Kuznetsov has rumor and so I gave Nimitz air force leader. Haven't picked last skill. Carpet bombing or explosives come to mind. Halsey served me well as have all my other past generals. Now I have 4-5 OP Generals though. Building a beast.
