The iron crown medal is described as: "Prevent the site where the troops are stationed from getting on fire".
Does fire have any effect? Can it just be ignored?
Thanks!

I’m not really sure about the numbers, but I remember reading something that it does ~6% damage of the units max HP per turn. Which means that it hurts a lot more on generals with high HP than for normal units.
It’s not a huge threat most of the times. On land you can just run right out of the fire so you don’t take too much damage from it, and it usually affects unimportant units like militia. It’s pretty bad though if you’re forced to take the fire damage every turn. Like for example if you’re trying to hold a burning city with a general or if your admiral gets ignited (navy can’t escape fire). This is why the Iron Crown medal is great for an admiral, particularily for Sakurako since she’s going to tank a lot of hits.
I’m also pretty sure that cold weapon cavalry can’t burn things. Which is actually a good thing as you’re less likely to be forced into a position where you have to eat fire damage. I haven’t 100% confirmed this though.
