So because I don't have the motivation to do that "all unit analysis", I'll just pick it up from where Seger left off. This will be showing the stats at max tech. Siege Artillery Mortar

I basically think of these as cheap and slow grenadiers. I spam them if I need to siege something quickly and don't have the money for Light Artillery instead. Otherwise Light Artillery is way better due to their significantly better attack range thanks to 1-2 range and 12 move.

I wish their was an infantry unit with mortars like in wc4

I wish their was an infantry unit with mortars like in wc4 I used them extensively to speedrun Greece 1914 in 22 turns. They’re fairly cheap and I don’t have enough money as that nation. Furthermore, I had to make sure I was controlling the factory across the strait. Kinda like militia but more useful when running around.

And 22 rounds, nice! I haven’t been able to complete it at all yet

Honestly their speed and damage makes them rather inferior to light artillery. I just use them as meatshields for my factories lol, so that Im able to get better artillery units when I save up my resources
