This is Risviltsov. Just taking in some data to make a decent notice to what's going on in the world, well, with being cooped up in undeveloped suburban Western Washington, Cascadia, United States of America.
How's your employment situation, all of you? What policies are your leaders implementing on work restrictions and all that stuff? Have you been considered a 'liability' to the company in these times where companies are lining up for money to repurchase stock and achieve austerity? (have you been fired)
A status update from me: COVID-19 has penetrated my community and there's probably 150+ cases in my Census-Designated Place (CDP) of about 60,000 people. Had a bit of a scare when my mom got a 38 C (I think 100.4 F?) fever for a half-day. Family is alright and friend is alright.

Was originally doing undergrad research and college at the same time but had to quit doing research to save my gpa. Most people i think now are still working at their jobs. But if they do get the corona virus, they get paid sick leave by companies with less than 500 employees.

It's 2 trillion and they've suspiciously not yet bailed out companies to let them buy back their stock and achieve austerity (by firing more employees and having less investors to deal with) [the reason I say this is because the $500 billion of corporate aid is under Federal supervision] There's gotta be an underhanded payment here somewhere, and it's probably extremely large. Single Americans would receive $1,200. Married couples would get $2,400. Parents would see $500 for each child under age 17. Payments would start to phase out for individuals with adjusted gross incomes of more than $75,000, and those making more than $99,000 would not qualify at all. The thresholds are doubled for couples. Student loan payments suspended until September 30th. REAL ID suspended until September 2021 - increased airport security Jobless workers paid $600 a week for four months on top of their state benefits, from $200 to $550 a week, all depending on state. 13 extra weeks of extended benefits, which would be fully covered by the federal government. State unemployment checks last up to between 12 weeks and 28 weeks, depending on the state. Source is not very reliable. Be weary. CNN source
