Is it true only 3 of my generals can have high morale each turn? Since I have Pacorus and Drusus there would be only one left, no matter how many golden rings I use.

Pacorus and drusus always has a high morale. Well, since I have them I know that. That was not my question. Again: Can only one more general, beside Pacorus and Drusus, have a high morale? Not sure, I think I’ve read anywhere there was a limit of 3 gens on high morale each turn.

But it only happens either due to a scripted event, such as Caesar’s assassination during the Augustus Time conquest (giving the buff the augustus’ portion of the roman empire), or due to killing units (triggers randomly). You can also use the inspire tactic to make your generals have high morale, but this only works for a turn. It is possible just very uncommon to have all 3 at the same time.

What happens when I have a third gen with steady high morale, due to a laurel crown, and another one with a gold ring? Will the ring holder still have a 50% chance to rise his moral to max when killing an enemy?

Is max morale something like a normal morale boost in other games like EW6 or WC3/4?

Gcr has skills that result in additional crit chance with high morale (like a 20% additional chance to crit). Plus every time you lose a legion (a significant amount of health), you get debuffed. So generals with inspiration are very good in gcr.

Wow critical chance as well. That's an improvement from other games. Navia Lanoira, I also think it is the Prussian eagle, just saying
