This **** sucks, my phone died while playing, when I restarted my phone, my game reset to the new, i lost all my progress, I was on level 10 about to finish the game, also, I thought the games saved automatically to the cloud after every so often, I'm done with this game

ET games are known to randomly restart progress. That's why you have to get into a habit of manually saving it to cloud.

Moreover, this glitch is very likely to occur if your phone force shuts down due to a lack of power while you're playing. I think the OP may have been very shocked upon experiencing the glitch personally. For IAPs from WC4 onwards, (correct me if I'm wrong) can be recovered due to the <Restore Purchases> button. Any investment can be recovered. I was shocked when I first encountered it when playing EW4, so such a reaction is understandable. If you really want to beat the game (especially since this is one of ET's easiest), you just have to get back up and push on. For data outside of IAP purchases, I believe adding the Cloud Save feature is ET's response to the glitch. On top of that, if you're willing to search, you can find guides to saving the games manually on external devices.

Strange though, its the first game ive ever seen to glitch so frequently I second this. Wc3 never glitched for me. I have yet to see it glitch once. Imo, the games starting glitching badly since gcr. The game that gave me the most rage glitching was gcr. Its conquests were absolutely hard. Same with its campaigns. So when I am in the middle of a very hard conquest, winning and then my phone glitches out, makes me want to throw my phone at a wall. You can’t really cloud save in that situation as that will restart the conquest. Its a very fun game though, but this is not one of its best features.

Yes, it reset when my phone had a force shut down, I've played all the ew's and this is the first time this ever happened to me, at least I know all the strategies to finish all the levels faster than before

Cloud saves save the day Old ET games were far more stable than the new breed. Now it is a very risky enterprise to play without saving the game regularly...

I had the impression that there were more crashes pre-WC4. At the very least, it was compensated with Cloud Save. Well... Then I can say I was extremely happy I haven't ever experienced it in old games like GoG, GoG2, EW4 etc...
