Beseler.Feel the pain earlier but you get the best offensive artillery general tjhat can single-handedly carry your team with Jackson.You can get Ivanov later.I brought a artillery general during that campaign as he's a game changer since

I think Beseler must be given Jungle fighting or Artillery Expert for the skill of Plain fighting.

I would keep plain fighting I think keeping Storm Fortifications is good. Artillery is to lay seige and Destroy those annoying forts at the edge of rivers or in a mountain pass. And also to get hell the out the Tanks and armored cars. Artillery with Storm Fortifications and terrain bonus and commander bonus will INSTA SHOT a fort. IMO Storm Fortifications is a great skill for Artillery. |

Well it is kind of a pickle as preferring one would translate to a sacrifice for something else equally beneficial. There have been multiple arguments made on how artillery can still serve their purpose well even without storm fortifications, and that terrain investments would be wiser in the long run. Ultimately its really up to personal interests and decisions |
