I think the worst general is wiklemen, the Dutch general gets squashed by German tanks everytime in 1939.

They should add prince paul ( prince of youguslvia) in 1939 instead of Tito and in 1943 they could maybe create a partisan group and add Tito.

Tito is definitely the worst and can NOT become anything good even with massive upgrades. Period. You have not seen him in mods then even without modded stars he's quite useful if you are doing a communist conquest. But thats if he has 5 skills with 2 customizable ones... |

They should add prince paul ( prince of youguslvia) in 1939 instead of Tito and in 1943 they could maybe create a partisan group and add Tito. sadly for a small 1 star country they won't find a need to add one more general. Examples are Greece, Bulgaria, Belgium or Holland, where they are lucky to have generals as compared to neutral powers and the middle east/mongolia. 2 generals are more for 2 star countries most of the time, for example romania |

I remember fighting him in Glory of Communism he put a stubborn defensive. |
