I don't even remember doing this conquest, which is odd because I remember all the countries I play as.

Well at least it means I don't have to worry about it now. Instead I can worry about Iraq 😂

Ah Poland. I was planning to make a guide for it last year but forgot to take screenshots I'd have to do it again. Reason one to make sure it can be replicated, and two I also didn't take screenshots either, lol

I’ve heard that Poland is one of the easiest 2 stars in 1950.

Instead I can worry about Iraq 😂 Oh my, you are making that guide this time too much trauma for a month Although I'm not capped on generals I'd have to say Iraq and Cuba 1950 are the most difficult in my experience. I've been playing around and I might see two possible breakthroughs: 1) put generals on starting units, attack Brazil. I'm able to defeat Brazil but this is where the spam from Canada, US, Mexico, Spain and France begins. I figure after that, a swift attack into Mexico might put a damper on their spam. 2) treat the conquest like Japan and spam single or double stacked subs and control the surrounding waters/ports. I've only done single subs. I only have one naval general, so I didn't fair well after 15 turns. Someone with a full endgame roster might succeed. I've also tried sending starting units to Brazil and a triple heavy with a general to Mexico once...I don't think that faired well either. What are your thoughts?

Hmm for Cuba some of us have attempted charging towards USA and knocking out their capitals, although as you have said one tends to get held up and destroyed.
Alternatively one could escape to Africa, but the spam will only grow in size.
I feel that a Brazillian landing would work best, provided that you are able to defend well against the spam

Well at least it means I don't have to worry about it now. Instead I can worry about Iraq 😂 Oh my, you are making that guide this time too much trauma for a month I took Nobunaga's tip in no general for Iraq (mostly), holding off on applying generals seemed to work, I took Africa with no problem, but that's when I applied my three generals. Guderian and Rommel went to defeat Brazil (and missiled Mexico and Portugalto defeat), but are now enduring spam from hell. Graziani endured spam from Europe, I think his machinist made a difference. I have Europe east of Germany. But this is where I struggle now. Maybe these are conquests where a general isn't necessary? Honestly it's amazing how much the AI can spam yet I have a higher income and struggle 😂 Maybe I should turn the tables and spam the AI.

I feel that a Brazillian landing would work best, provided that you are able to defend well against the spam I believe I tried Africa earlier, sent my generals there. The spam was directed at my generals and not so much Cuba. That in itself might be a window of opportunity to attack surrounding countries, I'm not sure. I also tried sending to Portugal, I defeated them but was immediately welcomed with Spanish spam 😂

I sent all my inf eastward and spawned 1X motorised inf per turn to enter SEA. I also built the cheaper landmark which increases output of cogs in Tehran as well as spawned only one 1X motorised inf to invade Turkey with my starting tank. I believe I have discovered an acceptable position to expand from: 1. By Turn 20, you NEED to own Cairo or other bases in North Africa. The Egyptian's poorly led offensive would fail and the inevitable poor defence would expose Cairo. Do not be afraid to send paratroopers into your ally's capital. In fact, this would provide you with a North African base to expand from, give you access to more much needed resources and prevent the fall of a key base. If you still don't feel good about taking an ally's city, the USA and most other key 3* enemies move before Egypt does. If you don't seize the city and defend it, it WILL fall. 2. Yangon MUST fall. It's a key British base for a British assault on Bangkok. Troops spammed there can work with the other troops in Kuala Lumpur and the French in Phnom Penh to surround Bangkok. 3. Singapore MUST fall. As much as it looks like the island can be cornered easily by land and won't pose a threat, don't underestimate it. Should the Australians land successfully under NATO naval and air cover, they can flank and crush your attacking troops. Plus, you don't want a 2-front war against the British at Singapore and the French in what's left of French Indochina. 4. Bangkok must be rescued! Thailand is like the Egypt of SEA, except that the Thai forces have the PRC's backing. This allows the Thai forces to usually take Hanoi. Bangkok is the SEA equivalent of Cairo so refer to (1) for more details. 5. Try to take the British and French ports, if possible. Taking it allowed me to spawn subs to counter Mountbatten and stop the Anglo-French naval spam. Plus, you have subs to attack Australian troop carriers.
