Originally I thought this princess also gave the city 10% health restore when units are in the city, and if that was true it would work somewhat like the wc4 skill Architecture, and be very useful for defense. Would have given her 5 stars, BUT this is not the case. She only affects offensive forts, not city health. Bummer

I’ve never used her but she MIGHT be actually pretty good. 10% fort heal per turn is a huge amount. Like 66 HP per round. And forts are actually really handy if you get swarmed due to their AoE and high stats.

But if I get swarmed I would have nowhere to build a fort xD Otherwise yes, I have never actually tested this out, as forts are not as convenient and efficient as compared to wc series |

Maybe use the princess to defend the Capital or strategic points like defending Paris or other major city's.
