Makes powerful Cavalry units such as Armored Cars and Guard Grenadiers much more affordable, even to the point where it’s worth it to research the cavalry special units. Light Cavalry also becomes even more cheaper than it already is, allowing you to spam them and tear Infantry apart.
Best princess in my opinion.

You can put her in a strategic city like Rome and make Armored Cars rain towards the enemy.
