Again, buildings like forts, stables, temples and factories (wonder if ports are affected too)
Situational, but having cheaper buildings can work if you need to spawn generals or heal them.

I find it hard to justify using her because using the other discount princesses on the units you're going to spawn (Adelaide and Sophie) are going to save more money. The one use for her that I can think of is if you really need a stable turn 1 on a conquest or campaign and have a healthy income but only start with 100 gold. That way she saves you a turn, but I've never encountered that situation and I don't expect to see it either.
