Phase I: Battle of France The Germans will attack France. Depending on your luck, the Anglo-French-Belgian forces will struggle to defend cities at worst and stalemate the Germans at best. Assist them from the south and take several cities.
Phase I: Against Egypt Declare war on Egypt immediately. Send Duke of Aosta and a naval general along with an infantry general. This will force Libya to battle Egypt instead of foolishly sending their troops to suicide in the Balkans.
Phase I: Battle of Palma Send your frigate and light machine gunner to Spain.
Phase II: The Red Horde Push as deep as possible to Germany. The Soviets will defeat the Russians and attack the Entente in Europe. At this moment, Portugal's army should be still fighting in Spain, but is winning. Hold the line and do a fighting retreat while awaiting relief from Portugal and African countries. If you are pushed back, retreat to Italy instead of France to block the Balkan army. You will divert attention to yourself, allowing France and Belgium to hold their own and launch their counteroffensives.
Phase II: Southern Offensive The victorious Balkan nations will attempt to join the Soviet-German army. Harass them with one or two generals and some light artillery. Try to destroy them at sea.
Phase II: Attack on Ottoman Empire Destroy Egypt and attack Ottoman southern cities. This will force them to divert crucial forces to defend and retake it, weakening the enemy army in Europe.
Phase III: Tipping the Scales Portugal and Africa has defeated Spain with naval support from American allies. They will join the fight against the enemy army in Europe. Hold the line, don't retreat, and try to push back.
Phase IV: Gathering of the Entente The US of A and American Entente nations have won and will send their full might to Europe. Renew your offensives in southern Ottoman.

Mediocre guide. You have the ideas planned out but an introduction and images would make the guide much better.
