-Invasion of Estonia
-Livonian Brother of Arms arises
-Patriarchate is annexed by Byzantine Empire and name is changed to Byzantium (Province, please make sure you say province after Byzantium if you attack it)
-Celcia annexed by Byzantine Empire

Władysław Anders 6 embarrassments needed for Byzantine Empire? While France needs 13? Byzantine has 5 provinces while France has 3. As for your reason the weak leaadership and crumbling Empire is solved and it even grew a bit. I think 9 is more justified.
